Ideally located in the heart of Périgord Noir 10 km from Sarlat in the Groléjac forest near Domme and on the road to Rocamadour.

The entire house can be rented for an entire family or a group of friends of up to 10 people.

It has a heated indoor swimming pool open all year round as well as a Jacuzzi® spa on the terrace facing the forest. For maintenance, a RowErg® Concept2 rowing machine is also available.

It has 5 luxurious bedrooms, all air-conditioned, each with a large King size bed, television, free WIFI, bathroom with Italian shower and free-standing bathtub, and a separate toilet.

The fully equipped open kitchen and large living room overlook the indoor pool.

We are open all year round and speak French, English, Spanish and Russian.

We also offer a Well-being massage service.

INTERNAL RULES

 The tenant will enjoy the rental (for 10 people maximum) in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it.

• No parties or evenings.
• Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
• Guests will ensure proper use of the furniture and equipment made available to them. Do not jump on sofas or beds, do not draw on walls and furniture, etc.
• The tenant undertakes to leave the house as clean and tidy as he found it upon arrival.
• We will carry out an inventory with you at the end of your stay.

The tenant is required to clean the gîte himself at the end of his stay. If this is not the case the owner will charge a cleaning fee of €300 which will be deducted from the security deposit.

What you need to do yourself:

• Clean household appliances and the kitchen (refrigerators and oven).
• Replace displaced furniture and objects.
• Wash and put away dishes.
• Remove all sheets.
• Throw away your trash.
• Sinks, toilets and showers must be rinsed, kitchen surfaces must be clean, even if cleaning service is included!

 THE POOL: Guests are entirely responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

• The indoor swimming pool is a place of relaxation, it is made for a peaceful swim. It is not possible to heckle without causing damage. It is forbidden to heckle, jump, make bombs, run, push someone, play ball, use fins, masks and snorkels or other diving equipment or anything likely to damage the liner or the whole thing. of the building.
• Please close the pool at the end of each swim and turn off the pool and pool lights and the dehumidifier.
• Don’t forget to take a shower before entering the pool to rinse off the sunscreen, among other things…
• For your safety, please avoid using glass dishes or glass bottles near the swimming pool. Use the plastic cups available for all poolside drinks.

 THE BARBECUE: We provide all the equipment necessary for cooking and cleaning the barbecue.

 SMOKERS: Smoking is prohibited inside the house and the swimming pool.

Please do not throw away your cigarettes. Use the ashtrays provided to you.

INTERNET ACCESS: The tenant is prohibited, during his stay, from transmitting on the Internet any prohibited, illicit or illegal data, from consulting any content available on the Internet network which could be likely to harm minors and other prohibited content or illegal downloads.

 SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of €1,000 will be required upon arrival.

• Immediately inform the owner of any disaster or damage occurring in the rented premises, even if no apparent damage results.
• After observing the good interior and exterior condition of the gîte, the security deposit is returned by the owner at the end of the inventory carried out in the presence of the tenant.
• Failure to comply with any of these house rules constitutes a violation of the conditions of occupancy, in accordance with the rental contract you have signed and may result in termination of said contract and eviction without compensation.
• We reserve the right to evict from the property any tenant or visitor who does not respect these regulations without any reimbursement.
